This dress fit me more perfectly than I was expecting. I absolutely loved the exposed side and back - it took a little getting used to (it's weird to feel the breeze on your rib cage), and I got a few scandalous looks from the more conservative girls, but it was worth it because I looked and felt amazing. Because of its simplicity, I went with a big gold necklace (that I also rented here).

very striking necklace - something I wouldn't have bought, but glad I rented! It's much lighter than I was expecting, which was nice because these kinds of necklaces can be so heavy. It really was light as a feather, I barely noticed it was there most of the night

Caution: the "XS" is actually a petite size. Which meant that it was overly tight on my thighs (which are pretty damn skinny), the sleeves were much shorter than where they lay on the model, and super super short (which is bad news for me because I'm so tall that super short just looks disproportionate on me). I still wore the dress because the beading and fabric are simply stunning. But, you can see in the photo all the horizontal wrinkles in the skirt in the front? That's because when I sat down in it, it painfully scrunched up around my thighs :/
