Amazing fit and fashion!
This was a fabulous piece. I could easily wear to work, church, evening networking events, a funeral... perhaps a date or gala if you are more conservative (I prefer more lively color for such outings). It's a very classic, clean look with just enough flare to stand out/be noticed for your quality style and fashion. The fit was amazing on me. I LOVED everything about it. Thought it was "just okay" when I removed from bag, but once I put it on a HUGE smile formed & I didn't want to take it off.

Wrinkles really easily
Fun dress. The wrinkles you see are from my daughter sitting on my lap. It wrinkles and creases very easily, and the wrinkles stand out. This is not a complicated dress to put on: 1- zipper on lower left side (like a skirt); 2- a top tie and middle tie in the back; 3- four vertical hook and eyes on the upper left ribcage. The hook and eyes are easier with a partner, but I was able to fasten on my own with a little bit of work. I planned to rent this for a white boat party, but after reading a review that stated it could be dressed up, I rented it for a theater outing. The material is heavy, which is what elevates it to being dressier than you'd assume from the cut of the dress. I probably won't wear it for the boat ride.

Weird back
I really liked the flowy look of the front. The back was weird though. We couldn't figure out how to get the bottom of the straps/top of zipper to lay flat. I finally had to give up, because the back looked too weird. I wonder if I got a medium, if the dress would hang lower on the hips, eliminating the back strap issue. However, I have such a small bust a medium would look horrible up top in the front. Oh well, just not meant for me.

Summer formal
I'm a good 6/8 in pants, but tend to wear a 4 in dresses. The first time I put it on, it fit well. The second time, it was snug. The day of the event I put it on and it seemed loose and comfortable. Perhaps it molded to my shape? The look of the dress was just "ok" to me and I almost didn't wear it because I have better prints/looks in my closet. However, the day of the event it was really hot and I was running late and wanted something breezy and easy. This was very easy/light to wear and wrinkle free. This dress was very remarkable to a few of the people at the event, including my partner. He is into high fashion (he's a model) and was WOWED when he saw me. Being an A cup, there was extra fabric up top. It just draped lower and wasn't a big deal. Sitting, the split was very "sexy momma". My godson surprised me and walked up to my car while I was sitting down before I exited the car. I felt "exposed" because of how much leg naturally hung out. The entire night I had to sit a certain way to keep the dress covering enough of my thigh. I didn't feel inappropriate in it, it just required a level of consciousness I wasn't expecting. It took the same level of effort as if I were wearing a miniskirt. I wore a strapless bra- a regular bra will require pinning. I wouldn't order it again, but it turned out to be pretty fun to wear.
