So different & eye-catching
This was a unique and beautiful dress. I usually wear 8s all around, so I wanted an 8 & 6 but could only rent an 8 & 4. The 8 was a bit loose looking so i wore the 4. But it was only a tad tight bc I'm chesty, but still very comfortable!

Great shape! Fun to wear!
I wore this to my best friend's wedding. I loved the shape and fit of it. The puffy sleeves helped create the illusion of a smaller waist, and the cut and fit of the dress helped to hide any issues I feel I have in the mid-section. The fabric of the dress was very interesting, too; almost like a tapestry! But it didn't feel heavy at all--I danced the night away and never felt super sweaty or anything. The pattern was somewhat retro (mod-60s), while the sleeves felt kind of 80s, but the overall package was modern. Great find! My only issue with the dress is that the V-neck was lower than I'm comfortable with, but I kind of knew that going into it (also I'm self-conscious about my chest, so that's just my own hang-up!). Other reviews said this runs small, but I usually wear a M or L and I wore the L and it fit great. I'd be curious to see how the M fit--maybe the V-neck would have been higher, but it would have likely been shorter. My back-up size was an XL, and it was too roomy. I hope you enjoy the dress!!

Comfort, beauty, and completely original.
I always have luck when I order dresses by Nha Khanh, and the Sweet Talk dress was no exception. I ordered the 8 and the 10, and the 8 fit perfectly. It wasn't skin tight, so I knew I would feel comfortable 3 courses and many glasses of pinot grigio later! The navy blue lace is stunning and perfect for any season, though I felt especially pretty amidst the autumn foliage where the wedding took place. Easy to dance in. Conservative lace, yet sophisticated, sexy, and elegant. Also: flattering! LOVE IT and will probably rent again if I ever need a sure thing. Ladies: based on my measurements and weight, my back-up size should have been a 6--could have totally pulled it off, but I was happy for a little extra room in the stomach area.

I rented this for a wedding. Much like Elton John, I feel that an outifit without sequins is just not an outfit worth wearing. Unfortunately, when you're attending someone's wedding, sequins can be a tricky thing. This Slate & Willow dress, however, was perfect. Dark sequins, an elegant design, and a modest cut--you get the glamour and sparkle without looking like a vegas show girl. I was hoping to be able to pull off the 6--if not just so I could say, OMG YOU'RE WEARING A 6 FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOL...but that's my own personal issue that I should probably seek help for, but, in all seriousness, I'm an 8, and the 8 was a perfect fit. What other reviewers say is correct--this is not a true "shift." This "shift" hugs your waist, so plan for it. Other than that, this was gorgeous dot com and I've never felt more comfortable in my own (sequined) skin at a wedding before. Dance floor, too!

Very eye-catching!
I rented this for a wedding, but ended up not wearing it because I felt it was too flashy and didn't want to take away from the bride (okay, I probably would have worn it because it's so gorgeous, but all my friends were giving me real talk about the appropriateness of it....), but it's a gorgeous dress, and I plan to rent it for another occasion in the future!

THE dress for me.
I am a RTR newbie, so my first experience was sort of on crack. I ordered like 5 different dresses, hoping to find THE one. One wasn't available, one was too short, one was too flashy, but much like Goldie Locks, I came upon this classic red number and knew it was the one. The tule, the color, the cut--it was classic, elegant, eye-catching---everything! It was a tad loose in my mid section (but I went a size up for my back up, instead of a size down), so I belted it with a thin, tan belt. I wore tan sandals to match the belt. Great RTR choice and I recommend!

Gorgeous for winter, but very short!
I really wanted this one to work, but it was far too tiny for a wedding event where I'd be dancing. I love the design--it's just so special--but even the large is short and would ride up. Probably best for a fancy dinner event.
