I'm a fairly small person, with most of my weight coming from muscle mass, so I was surprised that I put this on one of the largest lengths. I wore my hair over my shoulders so don't have a great photo, but it sat right over my collarbone and have just a bit of sparkle without being overpowering. I wore it with larger, dangly earrings so I wanted something more simple to balance them out. If you have a wider neck it may be a bit too small, though.

This dress is amazing! When it arrived, I was a little disappointed--it looked to be entirely silver in the photos, but is actually a kind of nude with a silver crinkly pattern over it. I wasn't sure about it, but I'm short (5'1.5") with a wide ribcage, not a lot going on up top, fairly wide hips for my frame, and a short torso, so I didn't have time to sort through other options and have one arrive in time. I'd ordered a 10 and a 12, and while the 10 technically fit, the fabric has a bit of give to it and it had a bit of extra room on my natural waist. RTR overnighted me an 8, which fit snugly but looked a lot better. It of course was longer on me than the model, but still a length that looked nice. I got good stares and compliments all night long. The off-the-shoulder fit was great, and I heard more than once that it was 50's-movie-star reminiscent. The photos really don't do it justice! Because of my wide rib cage it was a bit snug, and I needed a bombshell bra to fill out the top, but it was a great fit and didn't give the back rollover that some strapless-style dresses give. I wish any of my photos reflected how gorgeous it really is, but most of my photographers had made a few trips to the bar by the time we had a chance to take any photos. I've worn some truly gorgeous dresses in the past, and this is one of my favorites. With the little bit of give in the fabric, this dress is great for a lot of different body types, and people talked about it all night. If you're looking for a great cocktail or semi-formal dress that won't need to be hemmed, but also won't be too short for an average height, this one is it.

This dress fits wonderfully, except that I have pretty petite shoulders and it was a little loose on the back. I also have a small chest, and my bra peeked up over the lining (it was black, so it wasn't noticeable anyway). People stopped me all night to tell me how much they loved my dress, and having it fit almost perfectly right off the hanger was amazing for someone who usually spends as much on alterations as the dress! I really loved this dress. I'm 5'1" and a little change, and I have to have everything hemmed--except this dress! It was a perfect length with 2.5" heels, so if you are tall, even the long length will probably not work for you. The back has a slight mermaid feel; I didn't have any trouble with it being stepped on or anything, it was really perfect. It is pictured with a belt but didn't come with one; I had a sash that worked for it, because it is definitely needed. I hated to send it back!
