I wore my regular size, it fit great and was comfortable! As a taller person I didn't expect it to hit below the knee but it did.

The reviews said this ran small so I got my normal size (12) and one size up (14). (Although at 6 months postpartum I'm still figuring out my "normal" size.) The 12 fit very snug in the hips but the top half fit great. The 14 was too loose overall. I wore the 12 although the fit around the hips was definitely tight.
