I ordered this dress thinking the flare would camouflage some of my pear shape curves and therefore make me look skinner but it didn't quite work out that way. The pleats just landed on the wrong spot and drew too much attention to the widest part of my body. I did however like how small my waist looked. I LOVED the material and agree with all the other reviews, in that it's actually more navy but photographs as black. overall, beautiful dress but didn't work for me.

Although I LOVED this dress, as a very pear shaped girl, the dress was just too short for me. I would've had to keep pulling it down throughout the night. However if you're not as curvy as I am, you shouldn't have a problem. It is a BEAUTIFUL dress. Sexy but very elegant.

The original dresses I ordered had an issue on the road during delivery. I immediately called RTR and they sent me this dress overnight by noon. LOVED IT! I received loads of compliments. It hugged all my curves in a way that was sexy yet wedding appropriate. The color was lovely, and the length was perfect. It was a little tough to zip up but once that was done, it was smooth sailing.
