It's an easy process and the associate who helped me at the store was friendly and helpful.
It's a pretty dress, just too low cut for me. Luckily, I was able to wear a swimsuit with a similar lace pattern underneath it, which provided more coverage. I found that it ran a bit small and the extra material used for the pockets, makes you look slightly fuller in the hips. Overall, it's a nice dress, though I wouldn't rent it again.
