Pretty dress with okay fit

Lovely fabric, fit was okay on me but not super memorable. Length of the 0p was great with 3 inch heels, waist was a little loose and I wish I had used fashion tape to keep the top from gaping. Would probably be better for someone who could fill it out more than my A cups.

Went well with every outfit for the weekend, very slouchy and held a lot. Loved it.

Folds in half, held my cellphone, cash, and keys easily.

Unique color, definitely stood out from all the LBDs!

I rented this dress for a semi-formal party, and it was the perfect combination of not too formal but not too "clubby". The dress is really nice in person. I'm really not a fan of the bandage dress style, but the coloring definitely keeps this one from looking like just another bandage dress. The material is very thick and the dress is very fitted so it was very flattering. I'm just over 5' 2" and the dress hit me a little lower than mid-thigh which kept it classy despite being very form-fitting. However, despite being relatively straight-bodied, I had some issues with the waist of the dress due to it being so fitted as my waist is smaller than my hips and I felt like the dress folded up a bit at my waist, it didn't really hug my waist. This was especially the case with the S, which I also felt like I would need to pull up all night, so I went with the XS which was a little tighter through my hips than I would have liked. That being said I'm not sure this would be the best dress for women with a large hip to bust ratio. Otherwise the dress looked great on, and I really liked the gold exposed zipper (this is slightly different than how it is pictured on the model). The dress does have an inner strap that buckles behind the back like a bra strap (I'm assuming to give extra support). However the clasp was broken on the XS so the straps kept bunching up around my sides which was pretty uncomfortable, I kept having to have a friend unzip the dress slightly and readjust the straps so they lay flat. I have to say I have been a little dissapointed as 4/5 RTR dresses I have rented have had some sort of damage, like tears and broken clasps, and the broken clasp is the only reason I'm not giving this dress five stars.

It may have been pretty once...but now a worn out and beat up looking dress

I ordered this dress as a back-up and I'm sure it was lovely once upon a time, but I ended up not wearing it due to the strange fit and then obviously worn out status of the dress I received. First of all as many other reviewers have said the lining does stick out farther than the dress, for me it was a solid 3-4 inches and due to the way the lining is stitched to the back slit of the dress there was no way to used fashion tape to tack the lining up. It was clear that due to all the wear and tear and repeated dry-cleanings the dress was stretched and the fabric was distorted in ways that made the lining hang strangely, the back slit flared out making a sort of duck-tail on the back. The overlay of the dress itself had sequins hanging loose/falling off all over and large pulls in the thread that were very obvious. The attached sash was very worn in the back so the ribbon ended in a good 2 inches of frayed thread. overall the dress just looked a mess on. I was not expecting anything close to new but I was shocked at how old and worn it looked, especially for the price. I know this dress is very popular, and I think that has taken its toll on the dresses. I would never order this dress again and even for being only an extra $25 it was a waste of money. I would not have been as disappointed except the other dress I ordered had tears in seams on both the sizes I received, it would have been nice to have just one of the three dresses not have noticeable rips and damage. RTR could clearly benefit from some in house seamstresses for mending in addition to their dry cleaning service.
