Cute to wear to work once! Was slightly shorter than I envisioned and the sleeves were slightly longer, which made the dress feel "older". I did not wear with tights, but felt that I should have because of the length.

I ordered the S, but should have listened to the other reviewers and ordered the M! I got this to wear to a Friday night "welcome drinks" for a winter wedding in NYC. The tightness of it wasn't unflattering and I could have worn it to the party in a pinch, but I felt uncomfortable in it (it was very tight in the torso) and I ultimately decided to wear one of my own black dresses.

I wore this to my boyfriend's work holiday party and received many compliments. His 23 year old analyst said, "I can't believe you are 30, you look better than both Emily and me!" (I didn't bother to tell her that I am 33) Anyway, I love this brand! I always feel great in these dresses and the sizes are somewhat flexible (can size up or down) because of the material of the dresses.

This shirt was big (especially in the stomach area). I rented the small, but it looked big on me and wasn't flattering. I tried to tuck it in to high-waisted pants, but it still looked big. Sent back without wearing.

Love Love Love this coat! Got so many compliments!
I wore this coat for 5 weeks during the winter: out to dinner, to work, to a holiday party. I received so many compliments on it. It is so fun and is very warm as well! (Good in 20 degrees F). The only downfall was that it was quite worn, especially if looking at it up-close -- I would have considered buying it otherwise.

I kept trying to wear this to work or out to dinner during the entire month of December, but I just couldn't ever find anything to go with it! It is very high waisted and I have a short torso, so finding the right top was tough. I disagree with another reviewer that it is too flashy for work -- the buttons are "blingy", but it is a conservative style and it's not too short. I work in consulting and would have felt comfortable wearing this in front of clients (if only I could have found the right top!) It is slightly boxy, and was more snug in the waist than a typical 4.

I am ALWAYS a 4 and the 6 just barely fit! The dress is tight in the rib cage, was slightly loose in the arm holes, and fit nicely through the bust with or without a bra (I wore it both ways). It's a good length and fun to wear. Is fitted through the waist and stomach area -- I was careful to not eat giant meals in this dress, but overall it was very flattering! (My boyfriend loved it and kept asking me to wear it on our trip).

This dress is cool. I am ALWAYS a 4 and the 2 fits great, with plenty of room to spare (still looks as intended from a style perspective). I rented this to take on vacation, but it's more of a work look. I might wear it to work before I send it back.

I wore this to work on my first day at a new job paired with an MM LaFleur jardigan!
I loved this dress so much, I bought it! It is fitted through the top and is very flattering on the bottom with the flounce. It is a tad shorter than I like to wear to work and I felt self-conscious sitting in it in a room full of people. When I wear it again to work I will wear it with tights. Overall, I highly recommend it.

This top runs large. I originally ordered the S and had to exchange it for the XS because it was so big. Even the arm holes in the XS are a little big and the ribcage has PLENTY of room in it. It is very cute on and the peplum is flattering. The material is good quality and the top arrived in good shape!
