Perfect Summer Dress
I loved this so much, I was actively seeking more occasions to wear it. I rented for a "coastal cocktail" dress code at a wedding in Florida. Then wore for Mother's Day brunch and a date night. Also wore with sneakers to the grocery store. The adjustable straps and pockets are amazing. I used a sticky bra to keep things in place. If I rent again, I may try a size down because it ran slightly big in the chest. I had almost an inch when I pulled the side zipper away to hook the hook and eye. After the initial steam, it traveled well.

HEAVY Denim - pleats
If barrel leg jeans were a dress, it would be this one. The pleats in the front added volume that I wouldn't usually pick but ended up being fine. It was a great throw-and-go dress when I overslept. There is a good stretch. I did have to steam it to get the sleeves to lay flat. The denim itself is heavy and thick, so was too hot for May in Florida, but I would get in the fall.

Polished Professional
Looked great with dress slacks and wide leg denim. The sleeves were slightly long (I'm on the edge of petite so this is a frequent problem). But I was able to stylishly scrunch them for a laissez-faire look. Was a great weight for the office in May in Florida. Look forward to renting again with the matching dress

Easy Breezy
Pockets!!! And light weight. Great for church on a hot Sunday in Florida. The corset type top was very flattering. Used a sticky bra to keep everything place, but could have gone without. The straps tie so are adjustable. Some of the boning poked me, but was fine when I sat up straight.

I was so excited to rent this when it came in as a new arrival because I wanted sequins for my work holiday party. I ended up wearing something else because this was too big and too shapeless. Styling with a big sweater like the model is the best route because it gives you a waist - otherwise this swallows you up, even for someone with an hourglass figure like me. Also, the dark stripes are closer to a bright red. I thought they were burgundy because of the boots it’s styled with.

Great color, but size up or put on the most comprehensive shapewear because the waistband does not match the sizing on the rest of the pants. And I’m a true hourglass.

Beautiful color, better for long torsos
This was a great throw-and-go dress. The color is beautiful and I received several compliments. Only complaint is the skirt seam hit below my natural waist, which made it slightly uncomfortable because the elastic is tight. If I owned this I would have it taken up in the shoulders. So better for taller or long torso.

SUPER CROPPED
I rented for Thanksgiving, and even with my highest of high rise jeans, there was a small bit of tummy showing. My torso is slightly long for my height but I’m still relatively short and on the edge of petites. I ended up wearing a tank under neath and it was fine. A good weight for fall in north Florida.

I rented for a holiday party and ended up wearing something else because I these pants didn’t fit, but it was a very flattering top. Only complaint was the neckline/arm holes was tight. It does not have elastic. So if you plan to dance this is not the top for you.

Pumpkin Patch perfection
Rented these for my husband’s high school reunion at an apple orchard. I ended up saving them for the pumpkin patch the next day. I loved the set! These are true to whatever size you typically wear in shorts. I size up in most shorts from my denim size by the same designer. I did that here and they were a great fit.

More gray than black
If you are looking for a solid black denim, this is not it. It’s definitely black, but more of a gray than can be seen in any photos. I know others say these ran small, but I found them TTS.

The pattern and colors are fun, but I would have expected something more substantial from this designer. It is not lined, and is white on the inside. There is some elastic on the inside of the waistband, but the skirt was so heavy it kept turning the elastic out. If I rent this again, I will size down. It fit very similar to the Thea dress from TT.

This is a great piece to add if you have a spot in your rental! I wore it as a top with it zipped all the way up. Jackets are usually tight on my arms, and this one was doable.

WARM and colorful
I rented this for a work conference in Vegas. It was definitely warm, and I had to take it off at dinner. I usually have to size up in jackets to get them to fit my arms, and I should not have done that for this jacket. Note: the sleeves are tacked on several locations below the elbow.

Runs short!
I love VB but not sure who they were designing for on this one. It fit across my chest, plenty of room for my shoulders and arms (usually an issue in long sleeve blouses) but the sleeve length was short and the shirt tail was decent length however the side slits made it difficult to keep tucked in. I had to steam it quite a bit to get the collar to stand up. Beautiful fall colors with the burgundy and navy. Styled here with RTR Love Fancy Cord Jacket and Hudson Wide Leg Denim

High Slit, low V - beautiful pattern
I rented this with the hopes of wearing to work, however the v neck was lower than anticipated and the slit higher than anticipated. With some fashion tape and the right bra, I was able to cover all my assets. Better for a date night or girls brunch.

Winter perfection!
I live in FLorida and rented this for an early December work trip to Toronto. It was roomy enough to layer my sweater under and made me feel chic. It is not a heavy winter coat but the perfect weight for late fall to early winter.

Pockets! But short and weird fit
As usual, the fabric and pattern from UJ are stunning! And this one has pockets! However, the vertical seams from the top of the skirt up through the chest make for a weird lie with the button down and it gaped open at my chest. I usually struggle with sleeves fitting from UJ, but there is ample room here. I had hoped to wear this to church or work, but felt like it was too short for those occasions, although my 6” bike shorts were covered. Do not recommend if you have a chest.

Cute idea, but stiff
I wore this twice, both for work. The first time I wore it with high waist, wide leg black slacks and buttoned every button for a travel day and work conference. Second time, I wore with a fitted black top and wide leg mid-wash denim (also from RTR by Hudson) but wore it open. I wore it open because the fabric at the top button is thick and not comfortable. Probably won’t rent again, but it was a good piece to throw on. Fit was slightly large. I struggle with a lot of sleeves being too small and these fit fine.

Beautiful but LOTS of fabric
I typically have to size up in this designer, but was not necessary on this dress because of the shape. It is very forgiving. As a petite frame there was a lot of fabric here and could easily have overwhelmed me. To avoid that, I added a belt and tied the neck tie at the bottom of the v-neck. I found it looked better with mid calf boots than with a nude sandal/heel. I did have to tape the inside of the v-neck to my bra to keep the bra from showing. The slit added movement but was still work appropriate. Will rent again, but in a L instead of XL.

Slit high, waist constricting, zipper split
I wanted to love this so much, particularly as we head into fall. However I was so disappointed. The seams in the zipper are starting to fray where the waist seam is, and the first time I put it on the zipper split. I’m 5’4” and the slit was higher than I was comfortable with (I had to roll up the bottom of my shapewear so it didn’t show). Also, as a petite frame, the volume of fabric in the top and sleeves was overwhelming. The colors and pattern are stunning but the construction of the dress was disappointing.

Another VB winner
I was glad to have this piece this summer! It was great to chase away the Monday gloom of going back to work. I felt polished and fashion-forward. The colors in the product photo are true, so ignore the colors in my photo. I styled this with the Hudson Rosie High Rise Wide Leg Raw Hem jeans and a short white tshirt from Ann Taylor. When I wore to work I paired with nude Tory Burch flats or nude and gold Stuart Weitzman block heel sandals. When I wore for girls night out I wore with light purplish/pinkish Nike Cortez.

Good quality, short liner
I have rented this piece a few times now in both L and XL, depending on what’s available. It’s a polished piece for the office. I work in Florida so it’s one I’ve rented all times of the year. I took one star off because the slip/liner is short (well above the knee) and rides up.

Fun work piece - not for summer
This was a fun piece to wear to work (business casual office with jeans appropriate). I styled with dark wash denim and a fitted black shirt. I had not rented this designer before, so I hedged and got a larger size because jackets are usually tight in the arms for me. I could have done my smaller size. The cream and black fabric is stretchy (and heavy) and the overall cut is very forgiving. Looked great on my Zoom call! Will rent again.

Mom’s Night Out Stunner

This was serviceable for a work event. I had to push the sleeves up and secure them with a hair elastic to give some more shape to the look. If you love boxy and oversized this is the blazer for you! If you prefer a nipped waist (like I’d do because of my hourglass shape) I would suggest picking something else.

Fun style - heavy skirt
I wore this to an outdoor party at a work conference in Austin, TX in August. It was perfect for the occasion but there is A LOT of fabric in the skirt. I am 5’4” and I think the volume might overwhelm anyone shorter. I like the pockets. The elastic around the neck would have allowed for it to be worn off the shoulder. I had to use fashion tape to make sure my regular bra straps didn’t show. Lots of compliments though.

Surprised how much I liked it
