Runs small. Also not floor length.
Not really a black-tie gown, doesn't reach floor. Pretty but very tight up top.

This dress is deceivingly large in the chest. I am a 34B and it looked absolutely ginormous on me.
The dress was unwearable because of the chest - smaller-to-medium chested girls beware!
