The day before NYE, RTR called and said that the dress I had originally rented was no longer available (the previous renter had not returned it) so I was forced to choose another dress. Because it was NYE, there was a limited selection of dresses available, so I choose this dress even though I didn't think it was a party dress. The slip underneath and dress are separate and that was sometimes a hassle as the slip would not match up. The dress was true to size and the lace overlay was a very nice material. There was some stretch but fit very nicely. Would have given more stars if I had rented this for any other formal occasion besides NYE.

Got this as my back up dress and didn't end up wearing it....but it was too short even though I ordered a 4L. I'm 5'9'' and 1/2 with 3 inch heels the dress fell to my ankles. The color was lighter than what is shown online but the fabric was really nice and the fit was great.

The dress was extremely comfortable and I loved wearing it all night. Even though I ordered a long, it was an inch too short for me with heels (I'm 5' 9'' and wore 3 inch heels). I wore the 4L but strangely the 6L was even shorter than the 4, which makes me think they didn't send the long version. No worries since the 4 was true to size and fit perfectly. Got lots of compliments all night and I felt great!

The color of the dress was mustard and I think looks better if you have olive or tan skin. Definitely needs a necklace and something bright looks great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the slip underneath was a bit too low and you could see cleavage through the lace (which I don't think is supposed to happen). I had to pull up the slip straps several times during the night.
