There are polka dots on the dress, which is something I did not realize from the picture. It has a nice flowing full skirt, which is fun to wear.

Overall a very nice dress and true to size. It felt a little tight (but not uncomfortable) around the rib cage but plenty of room in the bust area. The skirt is see-though, so you'll need a slip skirt. My only complaint was the fabric seemed to exaggerate sweating, so I had to change to a different dress halfway through the event.
