I really liked this, might consider buying in the future. I'm normally a medium on RTR but The small fit perfectly over a t shirt, if you like a loose fit I'd go with your normal size or size up.

I wore this for a work event and got tons of compliments, would definitely rent again. I agree with other reviews, it runs a bit small, so size up if you're in between sizes on waist. I'm generally a size 8 and the 10 fit perfectly. I loved that the sleeves had shape but weren't tight!

Wore for a wedding in Italy and got lots of compliments. I sized down based on other reviews and it was perfect. I didn’t have to wear a bra or shapewear like I normally would, which was ideal.

Do NOT size down if you have even slightly bigger ribs
I saw that some people had said you could size down on this - spoilers, I could not. I’m a 34 C, pear shape, and my rib cage is on the wider side. I’m normally a M or size 8, so I think if you don’t have narrow ribs or a straight shape, true to size is better. All that being said, the boobs are slight weird but I think with tape they could work. Won’t be wearing, but quality is nice.

Straps not made for an actual human body
I would give this 3.5-4 stars. From the front it’s cute, perfect for a dc summer (hot and humid) - the fabric is a lightweight cotton. I’m 5’ 3” and the length is surprisingly good. HOWEVER. Either the straps are stretched out or the brand things someone at a size M has an extra 3-4 inches of torso. There was enough extra room in the straps for me to tie a knot at each shoulder, which was the only way they didn’t fall down. Did anyone else have this issue,

The dress itself does run big as others said, but beware the inside slip - I couldn’t put this on. Also the belt attached to the front is weird. I ordered a small and based on inside slip could have done medium or large, which would have made the dress massive.

Why are the boobs so weird
I’ve never had a dress both push down my boobs on top AND make them look saggy. What kind of monster cut the bust this way? Other than that, so cute, maybe would be fine if sized up?

I got the largest size available and still felt like my boobs could barely fit properly. For reference, I’m a 34C, so not that busty. The straps were also a bit too long for me.

I’m normally a 6-8 in pants, I have about a 28 in waist and then 10 was a bit big. However, with a belt they still worked really well and had people ask me where they were from. I would get them again but go with an 8.

I’m between an S and and M in tops. This is a size 6 and while the body fit well, the shoulders and arms are so tight I can’t lift my arms above shoulder height. It’s one of THOSE shirts (iykyk) where if you have anything other than very tiny arms, you don’t have much movement. Sizing up isn’t really a great option in terms of the rest of the shirt.

Gorgeous but runs small
This has zero give in the butt and arms, so if you have any sort of curves size up. The proportions are a bit odd, so I’m not really sure how it would have worked out it I’d gone up to a 10. It looked nice while standing though!

I'm generally either a 6 or an 8, plus I always get curvy sizes for my butt, and these ended up being slightly too big in the waist and hips. Part of my size confusion is a lot of designers run small, but these I think are true to size.

Granted, I didn't realize this was British sizing but it still runs small. I will likely try again and go up 1-2 sizes. I think the 10R is equivalent to a 4? I was unable to get it past my rib cage
