Definitely get at least one size bigger!
This dress is gorgeous! There was actually another woman at the wedding wearing the same dress and it looked stunning on her too. I didn't get a full length photo, but I wanted to show the top. I always wear a 4, but on recommendations from others here, I got a 6 as a back up and I'm so glad I did! There is no way anyone with a B cup or bigger will fit into a 4. This is the first time in my life my boobs have been too big for literally anything. The length of the 6 was a little longer than I like (I had to wear 2 inch heels to keep it off the ground), so I'm kinda bummed the 4 didn't fit. Overall, though, this was a great dress. Comfortable and easy to move in. I had to lift it a bit to go up and down stairs, but dancing and sitting were fine.

Arm too tight, but cute
I'm 5'5" and weigh about 135. The arm was very snug and uncomfortable, so I ended up choosing my other dress. It was super cute. The length was good and fit well everywhere else!
