This is a nice, bright party dress. The little hanging tags kept slipping out under the arms, but other than that it did the job!

I'm a 0, and this dress runs big. There was nothing smaller for me to rent, so it was loose and I didn't want to wear it to the event. It was also long for me a 5'3". RTR customer service was supportive and helpful. The dress was good quality, a nice weight, and would look good on most anyone--but depending on your shape, maybe not great for a size 0 :(

I rented a 0 and a 2 for my birthday but they were both too tight. Unless you have a perfectly flat stomach (I thought I was pretty close to one but I guess not), this is going to bunch and be too tight.
