This is my second rental. This order arrived ONE DAY LATE and closed to the time I supposed to leave for my weeding destination. You can imagine my nerves and my point of crisis. Thanks customer services they offer me the alternative of a replacement, but nothing on my size!!!! Oh and they offer me 15%!!! Hahaha!!!! A joke! I was hysterical with my agony! and I chatted back and forward for hours until my actual package finally arrived! My heart was running faster for hours last Friday!!! Crazy! At the end, I got my dress and stunning! I'm tall and curvy. This dress was perfect for my body. I order the regular size. Suggestion; please next time do not offered 15% off on your mistake!!!
