Don't judge, but I attended an 80's prom a few weekends ago. This dress rocked for the theme. Did JEM style makeup and there was no turning back. Hard to see this being an option outside of theme wear, but not impossible. It's a 2 but I fit into it with no problem with not spilling out of the top so I'd say it runs large.

I tried ironing it down and contemplating pinning it. The dress was beautiful and highlights a tiny waist but my boyfriend, mother and inner critic were a little perplexed about the volume it added to the hips. That being said, it you are an hourglass figure or bottom curvy with a smaller waist, might be a slamming option.

This dress is like doll wear, it is so precious yet "forward" with the detail. Loved it just not practical for the sweltering shore summer heat in NJ. Would rent again for a more appropriate situation.

The belt was pretty critical - so there's that. But the color is stunning and the design/cut make for a unique option. I sized up for the bust based on the other reviews and glad I did. Had some miscommunication with Customer Service but ultimately they comp'd another rental and I received it in time for the wedding weekend.

Runs big, needs a non-standard bra. The 2R was baggy and I was on hyper nip alert the whole time, so make sure you have the right bra for the halter neck. Color is lovely - nice detail around the waist. I was able to wear it to a post wedding brunch, but wouldn't have opted for this for anything fancier than that.

This was a great little dress -- my only gripe was the sleeves were tight, so for an athletic build, you may might want to size up. By the end of the day, I had marks on my arms and my skin was a bit irritated. The rest of the dress fit very well. Since it was an unlimited rental, I'm not sure if sizing up would have negatively impacted the entire look.

I love this so much, you don't even know. I'm on crutches right now - the struggle is real. I want to wear comfortable clothes but don't want to look like a bum. Enter this fur. I have successfully dressed up just about everything in my closet with this bad boy. I wear it as pictured and with the "button" to the side for a dramatic one shoulder look. Real talk: I pet it a little bit before wearing out so I don't touch it out in public. Hard not to - soooo soft.

I couldn't rock this. In all fairness, I don't know what I was thinking. I'm on crutches right now. I'm trying to match function & fashion and a jumper seemed like the way to go. No. It was definitely not. The waist fell oddly - not high, not low, just unflattering. My butt disappeared somewhere in the black backside abyss. I think it runs large? I don't even know at this point. But I don't think a size down would have helped. I think this would work on the long, lithe frame.
