Not for windy days
As the other reviewers said (that I failed to read), this is a really hard skirt to wear if it is windy. I had to hold the skirt together on my commute to downtown Boston and almost made for a couple awkward moments. I would have purchased it otherwise.

It's a cute shirt but wrinkled easily even after steaming, which took a little away from the scalloped edges because it made them less visible.

So warm & fun
I rented this for a trip to Iceland after reading all of the reviews, and it certainly stood up to the test. I was nervous the XS was going to be too cropped but it fit perfectly. It's a bulky coat but I appreciated the deep hood and multiple pockets against the Icelandic winds. It is such a bright and fun coat and I am still considering purchasing.

Super warm and comfortable
I wore this for my company's holiday party, which was a prom theme. I received many compliments on it, but I felt like it was a little too big in the shoulders and the arms. The length was perfect with heels, and I loved the slit. The design on the front of the dress is a little weird, I ended up tucking it in, because leaving it out made it look like I was wearing a fanny pack.
