Straps too long!
Great fabric, but the color wasn't what I was expecting. Looked a little weird against my skin. Pretty dress, but as other reviewers have said, the straps are too long. I also found the bodice pretty loose but I have smallish ribs.

Much shorter than it appears!
Dress fit well, maybe a touch small up top for a 4 but I'm busty. Dress was much, much shorter than it appeared in the photo, so if you're renting for a conservative bridal shower beware! I was excited to see a knee-length option that I liked but it's definitely mini -- and I'm 5'5''. Also: dress has cut-outs at the arms which showcase the dreaded armpit bulge. Not a bad dress, but fit was a bit off so I didn't end up wearing it.

I die for Judith Leiber!
Finally an ordinary girl can carry a showstopper clutch. Beautiful and absolutely worth the money. Rented the bag for NYE and it sparkled beautifully all night, I got a lot of questions about it. I may just have to buy one for myself ... :)

An Herve Leger makes any night unforgettable and any woman a sex kitten!
Herve Leger -- fantastic. Max Azria knows how to make a sexy dress! I own a few Herves, but (devastatingly) they are all size XXS. When my boyfriend and I had a date at a very fancy restaurant a couple of days before NYE, I decided to go with my favorite standby designer. The dress is amazing, and the specific dress I received was in very good condition. Both the XS and the S fit really well, and going a size up in Herve doesn't sacrifice the fit, so if you're really worried, order the size you think you'll wear plus the next size up. Even a M would've looked great. The V-neck wasn't quite as low as I thought it would've been. Overall: LOVE!

Gorgeous show-stopper gown -- but adds some bulk
Dress was a beautiful, show-stopper rose gold, covered tip to hem in beautiful sequins. It was not nearly as heavy as I expected it to be. The 4L fit me well, and if I'd chosen to wear the dress, that's the size I would've selected. The length was OK, but I wonder if the dress I received had been hemmed. I'm 5'5'' and in 4" heels, the dress hovered above the floor. (Awkward!) I have a major hourglass shape but I felt the dress added bulk. It may be a better look on someone who is straighter up and down. I found that the shoulder area really added bulk and made me look broad.
