Get this dress! Lots of compliments and super comfortable. I am 5 months pregnant and wore a size 10 (I’m usually a 4 US). When I was dancing and jumping I had to keep pulling the chest area up, but other than that it was great. I’m 5’7” and the length was great on me.

I love the sexy, classy pioneer lady look so this dress was up my alley. Perfect for a formal event because because the venue was dark and the dress was fabulously shiny. I read the reviews where it said it ran small and took heed of the warning so I sized up. On a good day I’m a chunky size 4 so I knew I had to go for a 6 which was PERFECT. This dress fit very snug on my chest and I’m a B. I think maybe a C could fit…maybe. But if you’re bigger than that you may be out of luck. I received so many compliments from strangers and I’m sure I was acting as an ambassador for RTR. Overall I love the look and fabric, but the chest area was tight and there was no give. The highest I could raise my arms was 90 degrees, but I could drop it low. If you’re on the border to rent it or not, give it a shot!

Oh man. I looked at the other reviews thinking “a few safety pins? No big deal.” But holy cow! I was so excited to get this dress for the marine corps ball and knew I had to make some adjustments, but I think only 1 other review really illustrated how plungy the neckline was if you can even call it that. More like a classy, strip show ball dress. Once I put it on, I laughed and had to show my husband. It is RIDICULOUS how low it plunges with no support. Like my boobs would be straight up popping out without safety pins and fashion tape and I don’t even have big boobs! I kind of wish I rented another gown but I’ll make this work. BUT, if you do so choose to go down this route…. It’s a beautiful dress and you’ll get lots of compliments. It just takes more work to make it fit if you’re willing.

I’m normally a 4 and ordered a 4 and a 6 and stuck with the 4. This is a beautiful and flattering dress! I don’t have curves but it hugs you just right where it didn’t make me look like a pancake. Very comfortable and I didn’t have to do anything to it. I wore a sticky bra since the back is open. Definitely try it!
