Not for petites
The dress is lightweight and pretty, but the bodice bunched up on my short, petite waist which gave me the appearance of rolls. So hard pass for me

The pants are overall flattering and true to size, but it's the kind of material that continues to stretch and lose its shape throughout the day. After sitting at my desk for awhile I stood up and walked around and the knees of the pants looked all pulled out and ridiculous for the rest of the day
