I wore this to a friend's wedding the Friday after Thanksgiving. I rented the 8L and 10L. After trying on both I opted for 8L because it fit better in the waist but the straps did dig a little in the shoulders towards the end of the night because of my bust size. Overall, I loved the dress! Another great rental!

I rented this dress for the New Years Eve 2015 party that I hosted. It was perfect! I received compliments all evening long from friends and strangers. Very comfortable, and loved the length of the dress. I am 5'9 and I was able to wear the regular length. My shoes did show which I liked, if you are taller and looking for the dress to sweep the floor rent the L. Because I'm in Chicago and didn't want to worry about the hemline getting stained with salt and snow I opted for the shorter length. We had a sizeable dinner so I was grateful that the dress hugs your chest and not your tummy. I also loved the detailing in the lace for the top of the dress. Very beautiful, beyond satisfied, as always!

The model makes this dress look like glittering flowing amazement... not the case when I received it. I am 5'9" and the 10L hit above my ankles. Not what I was expecting. So the overall fit being too small is more in reference to the length. The dress can hug all the right places if you are curvier which can be a plus. I would consider this if I were 5'5" or shorter. Also note that sequins can be scratchy.

I ordered this dress when my first choice didn't work. It was a very beautiful dress, loved the lace detailing but alas, this one didn't work for me either. It was too snug in the hip area. I normally wear a 10L anyway but was desperate so I thought I could squeeze into the 8L with spanx lol. No way! The fit was too narrow for such nonsense haha. I was ultimately sent a different dress that worked perfectly. I would love to try this style again in the correct size. Now all I need is an invitation to another formal event!

These can be a great addition to any classic look. When looped twice the longest strand hit below my breasts. They have a nice weight to them that made me confident they wouldn't break easily, so I was able to move and dance freely. They brought my whole 20's inspired look together.

I wore this to a great gatsby themed party. The fit runs a little large but I think that works well for a 20's inspired look. If you are looking for a more modern look I would size down. As always, the sequins can be a little scratchy but nothing too painful. I also rented the pearls and headpiece worn in the picture. Everything worked out great and I had a roaring good time! First, I have to commend RTR on their excellent customer service reps, this was the third dress that I rented ( the first two just weren't quite right for me) and each time my replacement dresses were deliverd on time with no issues. Also when the first two dresses were not what I needed I was met with nothing but friendliness and prompt troubleshooting in order to get the dress of my choice shipped to me overnight. Thank you RTR! Now, on to the dress, I rented this dress for a friends black tie 30th birthday party. It was perfect for the occasion! I didn't want to outshine the birthday girl but I still wanted to be stunning. I was sent the 10L and 12L, while both are true to size I wore the 12L because of the halter neckline and my full 36H bust. I didn't wear my bustier because it created too much of a lift, so if you have a fuller bust I would say you can go braless. The fabric on the dress is heavy which was perfect for the weather in January in Chicago (burrrr). My favorite thing about this dress was the high/low hemline, I think it adds a little something extra to the gown and it's a plus for a taller girl if you are worried about a dress not being long enough. I am nothing but happy about my whole experience, I can't wait to rent again from RTR!
