I think that the fit really depends on your body type. Based on the reviews, I sized up and the size 8 fit too big but i wore it anyways. Even so, I received compliments all night. It was comfortable and color is so beautiful. The only iffy part is the sash, it just didnt sit right but it might be because the dress was too big.

This was my back-up dress and it was perfect! I would have worn the size 6 in the Clarina dress but the size 10 in this style fit perfect! The color is beautiful and the cut of the dress is so flattering. It was comfortable and the ruching hid all the imperfections. I got compliments all night. I would absolutely rent it again. I might even buy it if they ever sell it.

Stunning!! I wore it to my brothers wedding and I almost didn't order because I was unsure of the actual color. It is a soft plum, it feels like an expensive designer dress. It hugs the body perfectly and flows beautifully. I got nothing but compliments all day and night. I usually wear a size 4 which fit too snug in the hips, the 6 was a better and more comfortable fit. I didn't want to take it off and I was sad to see it go. LOVE this dress!

I wore it to a holiday company party and it was perfect! I'm 5'4" and 125lbs. The dress was fitted but not tight. It had some cleavage but not so much that wouldn't be appropriate to wear to a company party.
