Final scene of a spy movie dress
I felt like Charlie’s Angels Lucy Liu circa 2000 in this dress. The two-piece silhouette, asymmetrical neckline and blue/merlot color combo made it incredibly unique and elevated, yet still effortlessly cool. An added bonus is how versatile the adjustable ties make the dress - you can either tighten them for the two-piece cut-out look, or loosen them to wear the dress fully closed. 12/10.

So glad I rented both the 4 and the 6! I went with the 6. If you’re in between sizes definitely size up, as the rib cage area is snug. I loved this dress. The color is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall.

I loved this dress but it was way too short! You could see my butt if I moved or bent down. I was so sad bc the dress is beautiful. The dress is actually shorter in the back which is bizarre. I was unable to wear it.

Short and tight
This dress is very short. If you have curves, it will ride up. There's a little give to the dress, but not enough where you can pull it down to make it longer. I think if I got the medium it wouldn't help on length, it would only be a baggy fit.

Jewel-toned silky sheath that is polished yet sexy
The simple silhouette and silky material make this dress both polished and elegant, while the side-slit adds a demure, risqué element. The fabric is lightweight and airy, which made it a great choice for attending an outdoor ceremony in Fl (and the dancing that followed!). My only complaint is that it was baggy/draped a little awkwardly in my waist area, so I had to use fashion tape to take it in a little.

If you're on the fence, RENT! The bold sleeve and fun print on this dress brought me to a level of excitement that may actually be non-replicable (lol). I wore it to a rehearsal dinner in Palm Beach and got tons of compliments. Sizing per other reviews below was right on par -- I'm typically a size 0, rented the 4 and 6, and ended up wearing the 4.

I'm a coat lover who lives in warm weather, so I was teeming with excitement to wear this during my holiday trip up north. Unfortunately, this one fell short of my dramatic & draped expectations -- even with thoughtful pairings like narrow bottoms and a light-weight top, I wasn't able to slim out the silhouette, and was left feeling bulky and immobilized instead. IMO - there are better coats to rent!

This dress somehow achieves the perfect balance of timely & timeless, so brace yourself for compliments! It's unique, well-crafted, & was so fun for my family's Christmas Eve party. Cons - (1) added unflattering inches to the mid drift/upper thigh region from certain angles (although might be bc I had to size up due to limited stock @ time of order), (2) length pushes the boundaries of scandalous, so forewarning if that plays into your decision making.

I am a 4/6 and go back and forth between a small/medium. I went with the medium because the small was too snug across the hips and stomach. There is a leg slit on the side that's pretty high, but wasn't exposing to the point where I felt uncomfortable. The shoulder part was a bit lose, but all in all I was happy with it. Wore this to an August black tie wedding.

I'm normally between a 4 and a 6 and the small was great. The wrap style allows room for a proper fit to your own body. I wound up tying the strap in the back to form an "x" shape so that the breast area wasn't lose. The slit is pretty high, especially when you sit.

I wore this to a May wedding in Palm Beach. It was perfect for the event. I'm between a 4 and a 6 and the 4 fit great- HOWEVER the boob area is really big. I'm flat chested, and the dress is stitched in a way that requires breasts to fill out the material. I wound up temporarily modifying the dress in the breast area to ensure the fabric didn't gaps open. You can probably use safety pins to fold and pin the fabric.
