The front of this dress is risky if you're not small/perky chested - it looked completely dumpy on my somewhat larger chest with the higher neckline, buttons, and waist placement. Fashion tape was absolutely necessary with button gap. Waistline also accentuates a not-so-flat tummy. Finally, my back isn't super flat under my bra line, and the elastic on the back and lower waist placement here (waist goes high-low for some reason) showcases that. Yet the dress wasn't too small - it was even sort of baggy in the shoulders. If you have any of the problem areas I described above, would avoid this dress.

I work at a hospital in the Midwest (props to white coats as a universally outfit friendly layer), so this skirt was definitely different than the norm. That said, I got a lot of compliments and although it took a bit of courage to step outside my comfort zone, I'm glad I did. Took off a star because I wouldn't wear this often and it's difficult to get in and out of your car without getting it dirty.
