Great vacation dress.
I wore it to the Caribbean with black espadrilles and a big black hat. Only issue is the straps are a bit long. I am 5'5", 130 and 36 D. The small was the right size for me.

This dress is perfect
It's fitted on top and pleasantly loose below. It would be flattering on any figure. It's so comfortable and is a 3 season dress. Does not wrinkle, so great for travel.

Sizing is flexible, but it is definitely long.
I wore the large, because it was available, but am usually a medium. It's very stretchy so I would be able to fit the medium, large, and maybe small.

I probably would have been good with the 6, but the 8 worked fine.
The color is not one I would normally choose - a sort of neon chalk/Pepto pink. But it is actually flattering on pale skin and light har. The cut was very flattering on my wide top, it covered my stomach, and I didn't need a bra.

So this runs small on top, but I am big on top (really more like a 38D or 36DD). I had been renting it for a year and finally realized I should just buy it. It's a really cool 3 season dress that you could wear to a formal event or with boots and a sweater in the fall or winter. It's a great fabric. Only a little heavy for summer, unless it isn't too hot.

Very sophisticated.
Beautiful embroidery. The fabric is thick cotton and the top is blousy, so though it is backless you don't need a bra. You can pull it down through the attached belt to make the top less puffy. It's really lovely.

I was reading through the reviews to order 2 sizes down and ordered the XS with was great around the waist but cut clear into my chest. To be clear, I am 145 and a 36 D/DD. The medium fit my chest perfectly. Yes, the smaller size waist looked a bit better, but the Medium is still good. It's great for spring to summer when weather is a bit uncertain. It pairs easily with a denim jacket, cardigan, shawl or blazer** and accordingly you can pair it with sneakers to sandals to heels without it looking forced. Extremely comfortable and you don't have to worry about sucking in after dinner. ; )

Great basic.
Size down. Wore it from winter to spring. It won't light your night on fire but you will wear it all the time and it will always look nice and neat. Unless you have a dog. Then, be sure to have a sticky wicket.
