Size down. This runs big and would look much better fitted.

Staple winter coat!
This was an excellent winter coat. Good for 20-35 degrees, a little oversized and drapes nicely, and very comfortable.

I loved this fish sweater and found so many occasions to wear it. Playful and comfortable but elevated. Frequent compliments each time I wore it.
