These are some high-water pants, but not in a cute way. The cropped pants are flared and wear quite oddly. I'm 5'7" so maybe they're great for someone ~5'4" and under?

I got compliments throughout the night! Fun pattern and loved the asymmetrical hem. Perfect for a summer party/wedding. Only concern was there was a little side boob--may not be ideal for people with a larger bust.
