Eye catching Fabric!
I wore this to a special event and it was perfect for the Philharmonic! The weight of the fabric runs a bit heavy so expect the skirt to sit lower if you run XXS/XS. I'm 5'5" and it was a touch long for me (lower than ankle) even with heels
