It fits true to size but there is no give in the material, if you are between sizes and like a little room to move around I'd size up. The cap sleeve is structured a little tight so the rang of motion you get for your arms is limited. Overall very flirty dress! **The only downfall was that I could not pair it with heels for work as I'm tall and it was a bit short.
