I loved the cut and design of this dress! The 3d hearts across the fabric we're darling and it fit really nicely with a flirty, twirly skirt. Super feminine but sleek enough to not feel too young in frills, really hits the perfect balance.

This dress has quite a few interesting details, but I didn't end up wearing it because the high neck with middle ruching across the chest somewhat cheapened the look in my opinion. It didn't help that the length hit slightly below where it should since I'm petite, and thus ended up looking even frumpier.
