I really can't be the best judge re: sizing. I've been losing weight so I'm not sure my "true size" at this point. I'm roughly 140 lbs and a small D and I wore the 8 with some room. I was wearing to a family wedding so sex appeal was low on the priority list. Great sheen, very comfortable, good length for dancing like a fool. It has pockets which is always a plus. Two thumbs up.

Loved the fabric and look of this dress. I wore it to an evening bridal shower and it was the perfect blend of fun and classy. This guy definitely runs small though. I wore the 10 and it was a hair too tight in the chest. I'm a D cup so this isn't out of the question, but I'm usually more than fine in a 10. It was so tight it actually hiked up the outer sheath and separated it from the lining underneath. Because I was sitting most of the time it wasn't a huge deal. I'd definitely rent again, but I'd size up to the 12 I think for the extra chest room.

This was by far my favorite RTR rental so far. (Sorry I didn't take a better full body shot, but it was a bachelorette party so every other pic has 10 other girls in it.) The theme for the party was LBDs and I wanted something that would stand out. The plunging V and slight sheen to the dress were exactly what I was looking for. In terms of size, I could've gone with the 8 but it was ripped along the front seam. The 10 fit fine and at first I thought it was a little too long for a party but with my 4 inch heels it was fine. I actually ended up appreciating the length because with the V in front, a short skirt would've been too much. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely rent this one again!

I didn't end up wearing this because the other girls at the bachelorette party were wearing dresses that were less formal. It would've been ok for a night, but I wasn't upset I didn't end up having to wear it. I have hips for sure but I never have trouble buying pants or anything; this dress was super tight in the hips and actually hiked up the sequin overlay so you could see the lining underneath. Plus, as with all sequined dresses, it was a killer on the arms...and that was just walking around my apartment. The other dress I wanted wasn't available so I picked this one just to have something to wear. Didn't love, but it's my own fault because sequins are annoying.

Both the 8 and 10 fit but I ended up going with the 10 so I had extra room in the arms (which are definitely my problem area). Other reviewers were right about the zipper being a struggle; it's not because the dress is too tight either. Plan to have a buddy when getting ready. Fabric is thick without being hot. Well constructed. I received lots of compliments. My boyfriend summed it up perfect by saying, "You could wear that again and I wouldn't be upset." Definitely a winner!

Pros: -Pretty color -Good stretch makes for a forgiving fit -Comfortable Cons: -The dress is lined but then there's another flap of fabric in the front of the dress. It's small, like maybe an inch long, and kept flipping out of the V. I imagine if you're more flat-chested it wouldn't be an issue, but it was annoying for me. I don't know what purpose it served either. Overall it was a good dress. The fabric issue would've prevented me from buying it if I was trying it on in store, but for a rental it was fine. My boyfriend said you couldn't tell that the fabric wasn't supposed to be there so I wasn't self-conscious about it. Great for dancing!
