I ended up wearing this dress to work and it was perfect. The fabric has a gorgeous texture to it, and I felt so comfortable and confident in it. I generally don't find shifts to be flattering on my hourglass frame, but something about the detailing in this one made that not a problem. It does run big though. I'd size down when I rent it again. So cute!

The only size available was an XL which was true to size and too big, but I could tuck the crop top into my skirt and it worked just fine. Usually I worry about cap sleeves being unflattering for my arms, but this top didn't have that problem. I wore it to brunch on Sunday and then to work later in the week. It was perfect with the white cotton skirt for brunch and a white pencil for work. I loved it and would happily rent it again!

Love the style and the fabric of this dress- the slight texture makes it really unique and I love the waist detail. However, while it fit me perfectly, there was just a ton of fabric. It made my waist and hips look way larger than they are. I also safety pinned the chest area closed-- probably wouldn't have been ok for work. Lovely dress, but maybe not the most flattering for curves

I do not typically gravitate to tops with lots of fabric that end around the hips or a little above. Tunics are my go to because I generally find them more flattering for my legs. But because this cinches at the waist (and the fabric, pattern and design are absolutely incredible), it's super flattering and wonderful. I would have never tried this one if it wasn't for Unlimited and the tons of options I'm now exposed to. Another RTR win!

I loved this dress! The off the shoulder look was both fun and flattering, and I received tons of compliments from my coworkers. There is a lot of material (which gives it a really nice weight), but also was more flattering on me when I belted it. The built in bra was perfect for me (36C), but the bandeau might be small for someone with a larger chest. It almost has a country western vibe if worn with the right accessories. What a super cute dress!!

As others have mentioned, this shirt is a LOT of material. Based on others' recommendations, I sized down (typically a M/L and went S) and am glad I did! I could easily have been very pregnant (I am not!) and no one would've known. However, I got compliments all day. It is super on trend with the off the shoulder gingham (definitely more of a black than a blue) and made my simple-dark-jeans-and-wedges-to-work outfit so so much cuter. Would happily wear this again.

This dress is stunning. I got compliments all day long and some of my family even reached out after leaving to say how much they loved the dress. I felt amazing and confident for our his and hers shower! It's definitely suited well for those with defined waists. There's a decent give in the fabric everywhere but in the waist ribbon. I ended up sizing down since there's a little extra fabric in the chest area. Since mine chest is not so large and my waist fit the size down, it was an easy choice. I'd recommend sizing down though if you're not well endowed. The only one minor issue was that the fabric gets caught in the zipper pretty much any time you take it on or off. Took all of my maids to get me in and out of it. BUT totally worth it. This may be my favorite RTR yet!
