I am very pear shaped and this 00 still fit around my hips, so I'm saying it runs large. Thin material but love this pattered. I don't think I would wear it without tights because of how thin it is.

I size down and the shoulders were still too big for me. I don't know if the dress I got was stretched out because of the fabric it has or if it just runs really really big but I will be tugging at the shoulders when I wear it.
