Worn to an Awards Luncheon
I wore this to accept an award as NAWBO Woman of the Year. I was SO nervous about selecting a dress for the honor and this was just perfect. I received numerous compliments. I did feel slightly overdressed, as it was a daytime affair, but I seemed to be the only one who thought so. I do think this dress would be well suited for an evening cocktail affair or wedding, as well. The fabric was incredible! The embroidery was like a piece of art. This is definitely one of those dresses I would rent and not pay full price to own. It's a statement dress!

Great choice!
What a fun choice. I would never have selected these earrings. I probably would have gone super conservative and worn my boring, go-to pearls. But these were SO fun and really perked up my outfit. I'll totally try the mystery option again!

I chose the $15 surprise accessory, curated by RTR. When I first opened the box I thought it might be an odd choice for my outfit, but it totally worked!

So elegant!
This was my backup outfit. I think I go with my backup choice more times than my first voice. Lesson- always order a backup!! I'm fairly busty, so I did have to pin the front a bit, and if they'd had a long, that might have fit slightly better than the regular, but it worked. If your torso is long you'll definitely need that. I received loads of compliments. Loved that I had pockets!

Neckline was too high, felt like it was choking me.
I wanted this to work so badly. The 12 was too tight and cut into my neck. The 14 was too big. Also, it hung more limp than it appeared in the photo. I thought the fabric would be stuffer and more pronounced. Thankfully my backup jumpsuit was fabulous. Always order a backup!!
