its nice for curvy girls, cinching around the wait and then flowing out long.
I felt like a princess in this dress and loved the way it floated around my feet.

It runs huge. I had a 4R but it fit like a 6.
I ended up taping the should strap to my shoulder and pinning the top to my stalkeas bra in three places to keep it from gapping. Fwiw I’m a 32 C and usually wear a 4 in Street clothes and this ran huge.

Sizing seems different across different AMUR dresses. Very confusing.
I had a 4R in the one shoulder blue and black with cut outs dress but AMUR and it was too big so with my next shipment, I got this dress in a 4R and a 2R (thinking maybe their 4s just run really big). THIS 4, however, seems to run like a normal 4 and while I could fit into it, the skirt does a weird billow and pin that made my already hourglass hips look five inches wider. Rather than skimming the hips and following the natural curve, this bubble skirt with tiered ruffles artificially creates an hourglass effect. Might be great on someone stretch straight up and down; wasnt so great on me.

the OTHER dress that I wore
I really really really wanted to love this dress for a black tie benefit, but I ended up returning it and getting a Niole Miller Ruched Lace dress that fit waaaaay better. this was great in the hips and boobs (i'm a 32C, and 38 inch hips), but there was SOOO much extra fabric in the tummy area. I am pretty hourglassy, with a 27 inch waist, and this dress had extra fabric that hung oddly around my middle.

Stunning dress, excellent customer service.
This dress is amazing. It's comfortable and stretchy (and maybe even runs a tad long). After reading the other reviews which recommended sizing down (due to the stretch factor), and cautioned that the 2R was very short, I ordered the 2L. I'm 5'8 and very curvy (I wear a 34 B/C) and found this dress to be perfect with 4" platform heels (the hemline still brushed the floor). I received rave reviews all night. I just wish there had been something sparkly and/or eye catching (like a few black sequins here and there, or black shiny embroidery embellishments).
