This was the best dress I have ever rented from RTR. Amazing quality, fabric, beautiful print & style. The way the dress is cut makes for a very easy looser fit. A very flattering dress ...I received so many compliments when I wore on family vacation!

Adorable dress, perfect for a work party
I wore this dress to my company Christmas party. It was a very easy fit and adorable on. I typically wear a size 4 & while the size 4 worked, I ended up wearing the 6 to give myself a little more room, as the collar around my neck was a little too snug. Would definitely recommend!

I ended up not wearing this dress. I thought due to the thicker fabric & the color being black, I would not have this issue, but unfortunately if your midsection is a problem area for you I would not recommend this dress. It is VERY form fitting & not very forgiving. Would be beautiful on someone with more of a straight figure. Well made & nice quality fabric.

Beautiful dress, very comfortable fit
I ended up going with my original dress I had ordered (this was my backup dress) but this dress was very beautiful. The tulle skirt is very soft and flattering & this was an extremely comfortable dress! No boning or uncomfortable lining as there is in some other formal dresses. If you do have a slightly shorter torso I would size down a size for your backup size. Overall a beautiful dress that I would love to rent for another event!

Absolutely beautiful, excellent quality
This dress is absolutely stunning. I wore it for a white tie charity event and received compliments all night long. The only thing that I will say is this dress was VERY tight across my ribcage. My body measurements are an exact size 4. Typically I will size down to a size 2 for dresses.....this however was the first time in my life I have worn a size 6 and honestly could have gone up to a size 8. The stomach area was loose, but my rib/chest area barely fit into the dress. Overall a lovely dress, just be sure to size up one or two sizes if you order!

This dress fit true to size and was comfortable. I liked the somewhat looser fit especially around the holidays. Overall a cute dress but nothing overly special. I would rent a size down for your backup size...the dress ran somewhat true to size but maybe slightly large in some areas.

Runs large, not great for shorter people
I really wanted to love this dress but it just did not work for me. For starters it was very long, when I ironed out all of the tulle so it would lay more flat the hemline of my dress was down to my knees ( I am 5'3"). Also the dress was much more low cut than I am comfortable with. Unfortunately just did not work for me.

Very pretty dress, beautiful bright pink color. I normally wear a size 4 but wore a 2 in this dress and it fit perfectly. Definitely size down if you order this dress! I belted it and it was very pretty and perfect for a friend's rehearsal dinner. Only side note, I agree with a couple of the other reviews....due to the "poofiness' of the skirt of this dress it DOES feel like you have nothing on underneath. May have been more comfortable to wear tights!

Very pretty dress, gorgeous fabric. Unfortunately was unable to wear b/c it was too large. I normally wear a size 4 and the 4 in this dress was falling off of me, I think a 2 would have been perfect. Also another side note, the dress is more low cut than it appears in the photos. If you are uncomfortable with a low cut neck line this is probably not the best choice!

Absolutely love this dress, my favorite RTR rental to date! Beautiful & very figure flattering. The fabric is very nice and the print is unique. I wore this dress for an out of town wedding and saw the exact same dress for sale in a store the very same day, retail price $1,700. My only advice, I would rent a size up for your backup size....the dress is VERY form fitting in the bust area. I typically wear a size 4 and was able to make the size 4 in this dress work but would have been more comfortable in a size 6. If you have a larger bust you will definitely need to go up a size. Beautiful dress, would highly recommend!!

Classic dress, best for someone who is tall
Loved the dress, very classic looking and well made....looks like a very expensive St. John dress. I ended up wearing the size 40 as I found the dress overall ran slightly large -- although I do agree with the other reviews, the arms run a little small which can make for a tricky fit if you have broad shoulders or larger arms. My only complaints....I am 5'3" and the dress was very long on me, hitting me at the knees. This also made the drop waist look a little funny as it fell much lower than it would on a taller person. Overall it's a beautiful dress, would just recommend it for someone who is slightly taller with a slender build

This dress was made of much thinner material than other Herve dresses. I ordered two sizes Small and XS and both were extremely small. I typically wear a size 2 or 4 and most definitely needed a medium in this dress. It is very slim fitting especially in the chest area.
