Wore a Jean jacket with this dress for a work event and work day, and rocked it!
Pros - love the skirt, flowy feel, great sleeve length and perfect dress length, doesn't wrinkle Cons - a little tight still in the belly area (I have somewhat of a protruding tummy from pregnancy), but I threw on some spanks and it was great!
