Fun for the right moment!
I wore this with the matching pants but also to a festival with a black and white gingham skort and felt great in both variations! However those were the only ones I could come up with because it's pretty short, so it's better worn as a crop top than a jacket. Really soft and comfortable, somehow light but appropriately warm for chilly Northern California evenings

My husband complimented me on this and he's not always the most attuned to my outfits haha. It's flattering and fun but only had a few other items I could pair it with. Kinda like grown up Roxy brand!

Travel hero!
This is great for summer errands and in my case... a travel scenario where I ended up in Texas with only this dress for 3 days. Felt put together regardless! Worked best with some white and silver sneakers I have; didn't love it with my flats or strappy sandals

Eclectic and fun!
I wore this a lot of my trip to Japan, mostly with jeans and a denim midi, and a black top underneath. It's flattering and a good weight for fall or early spring, or winters in mild climates. My partner complimented me on it, which surprised me because I thought this is the type of piece that's more for the girls. I thought about buying--the only thing that held me back was feeling like I didn't have many tops or dresses that worked underneath it. It's almost a top in itself, but it's so memorable you wouldn't want to sport it all the time like you would a more staple piece.

Nice alternative to a coat
Wore over a turtleneck and leggings as well as jeans and a dress. Warm, almost too warm for inside. Fun change of pace for winter wear when I spent a week in the mountains or an afternoon outing somewhere outdoors. I don’t think I’d wear out in the city much.

The cut didn't work for me, maybe if I had sized down. It was a little too wide around the mid-section to wear buttoned up and even wearing it open as a cover-up it felt too much like an actual Dad shirt in its fit.

These are great, but button flies don’t work for me
Loved these jeans but were a bit tight on my midsection, meaning the buttons popped open frequently (this is an issue I have consistently with button flies so not specific to these)
