FABULOUS! I got so many compliments! The color blocking highlighted my body so well!
Great for a work event, formal affair, rent this dress!!! I had strangers coming up to me to ask where I got it! I paired it with tan heels and a neutral purse.

The dress is fabulous, but it might be hard to wear for women that have to wear a bra.
I liked the dress, but as other reviewers mentioned, the cut in on the boob is very odd and will show most bras. The flap is not secured along the length, just at the waist, so I didn't like the way is laid on my body. There's no zipper, so the dress has to go over your head and its a tight neoprene-like fabric.
