I loved that the dress had sleeves and wasn't low cut as the venue was cold, but still had some sass with the side cut outs and the skirt slits. The bow in the front was a bit odd, but looked fine once I figured out to tie it in a simple knot. This dress is good if you're tall (I'm 6 feet). I'm usually a 6 in dresses, but ended up wearing the LR.

I wore this dress to a formal work holiday party. This dress fit really well, not too tight or loose in the top or the bottom. You definitely need a strapless bra for this dress. I'm pretty tall, but the dress was long enough, although I ended up wearing it with black tights. (Watch out though--the sequins caused a giant rip in the tights by the end of the night.) I think my one strike against this dress is that the sleeves were a bit too short, although I am sure I am the only one that noticed! I got a ton of compliments on this dress; the sparkles were so fun! I don't think a lot of jewelry is needed for this dress. I ended up just wearing gold earrings with it.

I loved this dress. I wanted to keep it! I needed a long dress for a holiday black tie ball, but was worried about finding one long enough. This was long enough for me to wear with 4 inch heels (I am 6'0"). I loved the color (dark navy), the slit in the front, the gold belt, and the low cut front. I would recommend double sided tape for this one, as I think it would be difficult to wear a bra with this dress.
