The 44R fit well, the wide elastic waistband was definitely tight but had some give. My waist measures 28 inches. It was fine on an empty stomach but I couldn't eat too much! I only noticed how tight it was right after dinner, then felt good again shortly after. With 3.5 inch heels the length was fine, without shoes on it touched the ground. I wore a blue strapless bra that ended up being visible through the fabric on top half of the dress in the back. A black regular bra would have been better and more discreet. Not recommended for a windy venue as the skirt flies up kind of easily. The arm holes didn't fit perfectly but they were comfortable and looked fine in photos. Overall an awesome dress that I would definitely wear again.

I ordered the 8 and 10, but ended up wearing the 8 because the 10 was not available. Luckily it fit like a glove, but only because I had spanx on and didn't eat any carbs for the week leading up to the event (rehearsal dinner for my wedding). Definitely fitted through the waist and hips and not really any stretch. I think if you size up for a backup size, it will still fit your curves due to the curvy cut of the dress. I would absolutely wear it again, a beautiful color for fall and everyone loved it.

This dress fit perfectly and felt true to size. It hugged every curve and had thick enough fabric to be forgiving. The lace was so beautiful and eliminated the need for a necklace. It was comfortable for dancing but a little tight around the middle when sitting. Depending on the light this dress appears pink or orange, but in natural light it was coral. Strapless bra or bra with clear straps is needed.

Very fitted with thick fabric that is somewhat forgiving and provides good cleavage. Wearing spanx on the bottom made it look even better and prevented it from riding up while walking. The straps allow for a normal bra and the cutouts on the sides are placed perfectly.
