Very tight around waist, and needed help with zipper...which meant I was trapped in this romper until I could have help to get out of it. Don't rent if you enjoy running to the bathroom whenever you need to.

Cotton fabric is cool and comfortable. The neckline is quite low. I would definitely size up for this reason. Kate Spade dresses tend to run small.
