I'm 5'3" on a good day so I am always concerned with the length of any sort of bottoms, especially midi-skirts but this skirt hit perfectly mid-calf. It. Was. Awesome. I have an hourglass figure and it fit great through my thighs (not too snug, not too loose) and the band sat nicely on my waist. The band was stretchy but if you have a wider waist and/or hips, I would size up. I wore it as business casual to work and then wore it with a t-shirt and denim jacket (basic, I know) for a fun dinner look. I loved this skirt and would highly recommend! Great piece for transitioning from day to night. I will be renting again.
