I wore this speaking on a panel at a conference for 50k people. It was the perfect amount of professionalism and style combined in one. Loved how lightweight it was and COMFORTABLE! The jacket fit just right for a pantsuit and buttoned to accentuate and slim the waist.

I couldn't even wear this out of the bedroom. I don't feel like I have a short waist, but my A line made the cinched waist come higher than others in the pics. I would not rent this again. It was wayyyy too revealing. You could see my nipples if standing to the side.

Special Bra Required but so comfortable
The back is open at the top with a bow so you cannot wear a typical razor bra. I had a jacket on at work all day so it didn't matter. The front straps make it not possible to wear without a jacket with a normal bra. It was so comfortable. Not too tight around the waist and perfectly cinched in all the right places. I love the detail add one with the blue fabric. It is so, so comfortable, nice and was great for work.

Fun, Feisty & Easy
The belt line was a big high for me above the small of my waist, but I still loved it. It was so comfortable. The skit is high enough to add some spunk, but still work appropriate. I work with kitten heel knee high black boots and felt it was the perfect combo of relaxed and feisty for getting stuff done at the office. It is definitely a statement piece that will stand out and I love that. Would wear again for creative laid back fun and put together vibe.
