This dress has very pretty embroidery and despite being black and white (like my entire closet), it was a very unique piece. I wore the 8L and at 5'9" I wore flats with no problem. The 10L would've required heels, though. The top was a tiny bit tighter than an 8 normally is on me, but wasn't uncomfortable throughout the night. Overall, a beautiful piece and I'm happy I rented it!

I had been wanting to rent this dress for a year, but it was never available during my event(s). So, when I had a wedding pop up this year, I immediately rented this. I loved everything about the fit and got compliments from strangers. I did not have any issues with the top being too big (and I am on the smaller side in the chest-al region), and the rib cage area fit perfectly. I am 5'9" and the regular length was perfect for flats (but would've been short for heels). Do NOT hesitate to rent this dress!!

I'm sorry the picture isn't very helpful! This outfit was a little small on me on the bottom, but I still wore it because I just loved it. I don't think it is ideal for those of us who are big in the trunk and small on top. It was suuuuper tight in the thighs/butt for me, and big in the torso, just due to my body type. This also created a weird bubbling of fabric in the pelvic region (just what women want, right?). I also agree with prior posts that when you sit, the gold chain does some serious choking. Luckily, I wore this to a concert in Vegas so I wasn't sitting much.

I wore this for my bachelorette party and got so. many. compliments. As others have said, this is an eye-catching outfit, so if you don't want attention, don't rent it! I am 5'9" and the 12L was perfect for flats; I could not wear heels, though. Otherwise, it fit me perfectly. It is a little heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it for an outside summer event, unfortunately. The fabric is thick, and there is a pretty thick lining.

I ordered this for my bridal shower. I unfortunately only got one size in this, and it was a size too big. So, I didn't feel like it fit me well. I was also just underwhelmed by it, generally. As other people said, the color isn't as white as it appears in the picture; it's ivory. I felt like it wasn't very flattering. However, everyone else disagreed and thought it was a great dress. I will say that it photographs beautifully and I got a ton of compliments.

When I first received the package from RTR, I tried on the ML, and it was so short. Like, mid-shin short. And, I couldn't get it to zip, when I normally wear a medium in dresses and tops. I felt hopeless for the LR to possibly be long enough. But, it fit almost perfectly! I could've used another inch of fabric on the bottom, but it certainly did the trick to wear flats. If you plan on wearing heels and are 5'8" or taller, I wouldn't suggest trying this dress. Once I had the dress on, though, I felt so confident, which I thought was so ironic since I was half naked on the top and am very self conscious. Breast petals were a must, since a bra is impossible, and the right cup is a see through cream color. (FYI - For some reason, my stats aren't showing up, but I am 5'9" and 170lbs.)

I had read the reviews and the consistent comment that the arms were tight and the suggestions to size up. So I did - I rented a 10 and a 12. I didn't have any issues with the arms, although there was a noticeable difference in room between the two sizes. For all my tall friends out there, I thought the length was also great in these sizes.
