Runs Big but I made it work.
The dress runs large but luckily I travel everywhere with my stitchy & it saved the day. I also pinned some lace on the chest area to make it a little more modest & loved how it turned out. I felt confident & comfortable in the dress & got a ton of compliments.

All my friends were stressing about what to wear but I wasn't! I had faith in the RTR system!
I chose to wear the bigger size because it was a Gatsby themed event and the styles in the 20s were loose. The 14w fit perfectly and I could have worn it and been comfortable. If you want it to fit correctly, size down as suggested.
