I could wear it, but it was hard to zip up alone and the rise is too short because I am long waisted, plus not as flatter for apple/doesn't make the most of hourglass. Still a cute piece. Just not ideal on me.

Fun and flouncy
Worried bust and bow and sleeves would be too much volume on the upper body and flounces would broaden hips but it balanced well, which is saying something from someone with shoulders and hips that often aren’t accommodated by designs
