The dress is purple. Be warned! I thought that this adorable Sachin & Bibi dress was navy blue when I rented it. Luckily, I look good in darker jewel tones, so it worked. The dress fit my chest and was not too long for my petite frame. I wore it to a wedding with an RTR stylist and she said that it looked and fit "Great!". The back zipper bunched up if you did not keep pulling it down, but that did not bother me. I actually wore a beautiful black bra with a bandeau over it, so that I could take off my cardigan at the wedding. It was a huge success, everybody loved it!

The dress fit well, it covered my large bust, which was a plus and it was short but not too short. It was a bit hard to sit down in. There is no stretch, the fabric is not forgiving. All eyes will be on you in this fun party number.

It was a bit long. I am 5'2", and it came to my knees. It fits very snugly at the waist, which is good because my waist is small. Overall it was a hot date item.

This dress looks great in the picture, but does not fit at all. I wear a size 6 and the top fit fine, but the bottom was extremely tight. Even in a size up, the bottom half of the dress was still too small. There is no wiggle room in the skirt, so I suggest ordering at least two sizes higher than what you normally wear. The dress is also made of a very itchy, teal blue (not green) fabric. I do not recommend this dress.
